If you have a Disneyland Paris Annual Pass, booking a room-only stay can be a great way to stay in one of the Disney hotels without paying for park tickets you already have covered.

We’ve booked room-only stays at several Disneyland Paris hotels, including Hotel New York, Sequoia Lodge and Hotel Cheyenne, as well as Park View rooms in the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel. From our experience, room-only bookings give Annual Pass holders much more flexibility, particularly because you don’t need to tie your hotel stay to the ticket dates included in a Hotel + Tickets package.

There is an important catch, though. If you don’t have an Annual Pass, we generally recommend booking a Hotel + Tickets package instead, as the package can work out cheaper thanks to Disneyland Paris promotions on park tickets.

For Annual Pass holders, however, a room-only stay can be a much cheaper way to stay inside a Disneyland Paris hotel. In this guide, we’ll explain how to book a room-only stay, where to look for discounts and the different booking options available.

Can you book Disneyland Paris hotels without park tickets

Yes, you can book Disneyland Paris hotels without park tickets. How you do it depends on whether you have an Annual Pass.

If you have a Disneyland Paris Annual Pass, a room-only booking can be a useful way to stay at a Disney hotel without buying park tickets as part of your booking. We’ve used this option ourselves for stays at Hotel New York, Sequoia Lodge and Hotel Cheyenne, as well as for Park View rooms in the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel.

For Annual Pass holders, room-only stays can offer more flexibility than a standard Hotel + Tickets package. You already have park admission through your pass, so there’s no need to pay for tickets again or use the ticket dates attached to a package.

There are several ways to find room-only prices, including booking directly with Disneyland Paris, checking Annual Passholder offers when they are available and looking at selected third-party booking sites. Can You Book Club Level Rooms on a Room-Only Stay?

Yes, you can book Club Level rooms on a room-only basis at Disneyland Paris, including options such as Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel, Empire State Club at Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Compass Club at Newport Bay Club and Golden Forest Club at Sequoia Lodge.

However, there is a catch. There are only a limited number of room-only bookings available at Club Level in each hotel, so availability can be much more restricted than for standard rooms.

This is particularly important if you have your heart set on a specific Club Level room. Just because the hotel has rooms available doesn’t mean that a room-only Club Level rate will be available for your dates.

We’ve personally booked Park View rooms in the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel as a room-only stay, so we know this option is available. If you’re looking for one of the higher-level room categories, we’d recommend checking as early as possible and comparing the available room-only rates rather than assuming every Club Level room can be booked this way.

If the Club Level room-only option isn’t showing for your dates, it’s worth checking again when a new Annual Passholder hotel offer is released or contacting Disneyland Paris directly to ask about availability.

Disneyland Pass holder hotel discounts are offered at certain times of the year and can be one of the best ways to find a cheaper room-only stay at a Disney hotel.

These offers are limited-time promotions, so the dates and discounts change. For example, a previous offer opened for bookings on 23 July and covered stays from 25 July to 23 October 2025. This particular promotion has now passed, but it shows why it’s worth checking the Passholder section of the Disneyland Paris website when new offers are announced.

We’ve found these discounts particularly useful when booking room-only stays, as they allow Annual Pass holders to take advantage of their existing park admission without paying for tickets again.

If a new Passholder hotel offer is available, check the booking conditions carefully, including the booking window, eligible stay dates and which hotels are included. Availability can also vary considerably between hotels and dates, so it’s worth checking as soon as a promotion opens.

These offers don’t run continuously throughout the year, so if you’re planning a room-only stay, it’s worth keeping an eye on the latest Disneyland Passholder offers rather than waiting for a discount to appear on your preferred dates.

Is Room-Only Actually Cheaper at Disneyland Paris?

If you’re an Annual Passholder, this is probably the question you really want answered. The short answer is yes, room-only can be cheaper, but don’t assume it will always be the cheapest option.

We’ve compared room-only prices with Hotel + Tickets packages for our own Disneyland Paris trips, and the difference can be significant. Disneyland Paris often discounts its Hotel + Tickets packages, so sometimes the package price comes surprisingly close to the cost of the room on its own.

Here are a few real examples from our own bookings:

These aren’t theoretical examples either. These are prices we’ve actually been quoted for our own stays, which is why we always recommend comparing the two booking options before deciding.

The February Sequoia Lodge example really shows why room-only bookings can be worth looking at. The room-only price was £419.03 less than the Hotel + Tickets package.

The Disneyland Hotel example is interesting too. Even at one of the most expensive Disney hotels, the room-only rate was still £313.46 cheaper than the equivalent Hotel + Tickets price.

However, there’s an important point here. These aren’t savings that every visitor will automatically get. Prices change depending on your dates, hotel, room type, how early you book and whatever promotion Disneyland Paris is running at the time.

If you have an Annual Pass, you’re effectively comparing the cost of the hotel room because you already have your park admission covered. If you don’t have an Annual Pass, you need to factor the cost of buying park tickets separately into your calculations.

Our advice? Always price up both options before booking. A room-only rate might look expensive at first glance, but if you already have an Annual Pass, it can be substantially cheaper than buying a Hotel + Tickets package you don’t actually need. On the other hand, if Disneyland Paris is offering a particularly strong package promotion, don’t assume room-only will win.

As used different options when booking our own room-only stays, so below we’ll run through the main ways to find them, from Annual Passholder offers and booking directly with Disneyland Paris to checking third-party sites. If you’re looking for a Club Level room such as Castle Club or Empire State Club, it’s also worth knowing that room-only availability can be particularly limited.

How to book room only online

If you’re the type who loves to plan trips while lounging in your PJs, this one’s for you. Booking online is the quickest and easiest way to secure your stay, and you can do it in just a few clicks (or taps if you’re on your phone)

Step 1: Visit the Disneyland Paris Website
Head over to the official Disneyland Paris website—this is where all the magic starts.

Step 2: Log into Your Disney Account
Use your existing Disney account details to log in. If you don’t have an account yet, creating one is a breeze.

Click here to open the Disneyland Paris website and login.

Step 3: Choose ‘My Disneyland Pass’ from the Menu
Once logged in, navigate to the right-hand side of the page and select ‘My Disneyland Pass’. This is where all the Annual Passholder benefits are waiting for you.

Step 4: Scroll Down to Hotels and Click ‘Book a Hotel Room’

Pro tip: Anybody can book room only stays over the phone, however, for your AP Price make sure to have your Annual Pass number handy before you call so they can find your account quickly.

We’ve found third-party sites useful when looking for room-only availability outside specific Annual Pass discount periods. They can also be convenient if you’re combining your Disneyland Paris stay with other travel arrangements.

However, there are a few important things to check before booking.

Third-party websites can sometimes have different rates from Disneyland Paris, particularly during quieter periods or when they are running their own promotions. Always compare the total price against the direct Disney rate before booking.

4. Always Compare With a Hotel + Tickets Package

This is probably our biggest tip.

Even if you have an Annual Pass, don’t automatically assume that a room-only booking will be the cheapest option. Disneyland Paris can apply substantial discounts to tickets within Hotel + Tickets packages, and we’ve seen situations where the package price can be similar to, or even lower than, the room-only rate.

If you don’t have an Annual Pass, we’d generally recommend booking a Hotel + Tickets package rather than paying for a hotel room separately.

5. Check All the Disney Hotels

It’s easy to focus on the Disneyland Hotel or Hotel New York, but the other Disney hotels can offer considerably better value.

We’ve stayed room-only at Hotel New York, Sequoia Lodge and Hotel Cheyenne, as well as in Park View rooms in the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel. Each gives you a very different experience and price point.

If your priority is simply staying on-site, don’t overlook the likes of Cheyenne and Santa Fe. If the hotel itself is an important part of the trip, you may prefer one of the higher-category hotels or a particular room type.

6. Remember the Disney Hotel Benefits

Staying in a Disney Hotel comes with benefits that can make a room-only booking particularly useful for Annual Pass holders.

For example, Disney Hotel guests can access Extra Magic Time, giving eligible guests the opportunity to enter the parks before the general opening time. Disneyland Pass Bronze Max

Bronze Max offers considerably more flexibility than Bronze One, with 210 days of access per year. It’s worth considering if you want an Annual Pass but don’t necessarily need access on every major peak date.

Access: 210 days per year to both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World.
Perks:
- More available visit dates than Bronze One.
- A useful middle ground for regular visitors who can plan around blockout dates.

Bronze Max could be a good choice if you visit Disneyland Paris several times a year but don’t usually travel during the busiest dates such as Christmas, New Year or Halloween.

Disneyland Pass Silver

The Silver Disneyland Pass steps up the flexibility considerably, with 300 days of access each year. It’s aimed at regular visitors who want plenty of opportunities to visit but don’t necessarily need access on every single day.

Cost: Check the current Disneyland Paris price when purchasing.
Access: 300 days per year to both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World.
Perks:
- Access on 300 days of the year.
- A good option for frequent visitors who can work around the remaining blockout dates.
- More flexibility than either Bronze One or Bronze Max.

Silver is particularly worth considering if your Disneyland Paris trips tend to fall outside the major peak dates. However, if you want to visit 365 days a year without blockout dates, you’ll need to step up to Gold.

Disneyland Pass Gold

The Gold Disneyland Pass is the top tier and the one we chose for our own visits. It provides 365 days of access, meaning there are no blockout dates, making it the most flexible option for regular Disneyland Paris visitors.

Cost: €799 per adult or €601 per child for one year.
Access: 365 days per year to both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World.
Perks:
- Unlimited access to both parks on valid days.
- Early access to the parks with Extra Magic Time.
- 15% discount in Disneyland Paris shops and restaurants.
- Annual Disney PhotoPass+ included.
- Free parking for adults.

Gold is the Pass we’d recommend looking at if you regularly visit during Halloween, Christmas, New Year, bank holidays or other peak periods where the lower tiers have blockout dates.

For us, the biggest advantage isn’t just the additional perks. It’s the flexibility. We’ve used our Gold Pass for more than 60 park days in a single Pass year, including long stays, weekends and individual day trips. Being able to visit whenever we wanted was a big part of why Gold worked so well for us.

In short: Bronze One is best for occasional visits, Bronze Max gives you more flexibility, Silver suits regular visitors who can work around blockout dates, and Gold is the option for visitors who want the freedom to visit all year round.

We also compared the Disneyland Hotel for 28–30 November, where the room-only price was £2,344 compared with £2,657.46 for Hotel + Tickets.

Prices vary by date, hotel, room type and promotion, so always compare both options before booking.

Can You Book Disneyland Paris Room-Only Without an Annual Pass?
