What to expect when you arrive
When you arrive at the Hero Training Center, make sure your app is ready to show your booking confirmation. Cast members will verify your reservation, and ask to see this multiple times…
Check-In with a Cast Member: At the entrance to the building, a friendly Cast Member will ask to see your reservation and check this is at 0 mins. Once confirmed they’ll take you inside to another Cast Member who will process your check-in.
The Waiting Area: Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll be asked to join one of the queues. The random hero training meet and greet is usually a standing queue to the right hand side, whilst the Spider-Man queue is done in rows sat down to the left hand side.
The Heroic Encounter: As your group is called forward, you’ll be led to the corridor just outside the Hero Training Center. It’s at this moment that you’ll feel the excitement building as you prepare to meet your chosen Marvel superhero! As you’re stood here you’ll see example poses on the wall. In a moment of magic, the doors will open leading you into a corridor and the meet and greet room.
