When you book a Disneyland Paris Hotel + Tickets package through the official Disneyland Paris website or with a Disney expert, Disneyland Paris promises you’ll get the best available price. If you find the exact same package at a lower price within 24 hours of booking, you can submit a claim and receive a refund of the price difference, subject to the terms and conditions.
How Does the Price Match Promise Work?
If you’ve booked a Disneyland Paris Hotel + Tickets package and then find the same deal at a lower price elsewhere, there’s no need to worry. Simply submit a claim through the Disneyland Paris Price Promise online form and provide details of the lower-priced package, including a screenshot as proof.
If your claim meets the Price Match Promise terms and conditions, Disneyland Paris will refund the price difference or deduct the amount from your remaining balance. In the past, some successful claims have also qualified for a €20 gift card, giving you a little extra spending money for snacks, souvenirs or treats during your stay.

Which Bookings Are Covered by the Disneyland Paris Price Match Promise?
The Disneyland Paris Price Match Promise applies to eligible Hotel + Tickets packages booked directly through Disneyland Paris.
Eligible Disney Hotels include:
- Disneyland Hotel
- Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel
- Disney Newport Bay Club
- Disney Sequoia Lodge
- Disney Hotel Cheyenne
- Disney Hotel Santa Fe
- Disney Davy Crockett Ranch
The promise also applies to Disney Meal Plans purchased as part of the same booking.
It’s important to note that ticket-only bookings, partner hotel packages and additional extras such as Disney Premier Access Ultimate, Disney PhotoPass+ and character dining experiences are not covered by the Price Promise.

How to use the Disneyland Paris Price Match Promise
If you find the same Disneyland Paris Hotel + Tickets package at a lower price, you’ll need to act quickly:
Take a screenshot of the lower-priced offer within 24 hours of making your booking.
Make sure the package matches exactly, including travel dates, hotel, room type, guest numbers, meal plans and booking conditions.
Submit the Disneyland Paris refund request form within 72 hours of booking.
If your claim meets the eligibility requirements, Disneyland Paris will refund the price difference using your original payment method or adjust any remaining balance due on your booking.
As our own experience showed, the process is relatively simple when all the required information is provided. Just make sure you keep evidence of the lower price and submit your claim within the required time limits.
Your reqeust will then be reviewed by Disneyland Paris and if it meets the required criteria, they’ll refund the difference or deduct the amount from your remaining balance.
You will then receive your €20 gift card. This can be redeemed in any boutique or restaurant operated by Disneyland Paris within the Disney Parks, Disney Hotels or Disney Village.
